In the Twin Cities and 5 state area, SF/Fantasy/Anime and Historical re-enactor groups know me as The DreamStitcher. I have a degree in theater, have worked professionally as a union stage hand, and have been sewing costumes for over 45 years. I do only custom order costumes, working one on one with my clients to produce the best quality, most unique costumes possible. I have been either a masquerade/cosplay contestant, judge, and/or director for many area cons - ValleyCon, Anime Iowa, Anime Detour, MarsCon, Geek.Kon, No Brand Con, and CONvergence (among others). I am the (nominal) head of the D.O.O.M. Squad, a (loosely) organized group of people who love costume/make-up/props/wigs. We get together to attend cons, host party rooms, create masquerade skits, and help each other out with costume related projects. I am also a member of MNSOC (MN Society of Costumers, subgroup of the I.C.G.) I usually host a party room at local cons, so come find me and talk costume!
